No Fundraising
We recognize the dedication and sacrifices missionaries make to serve, and we believe their focus should be solely on the mission—not on fundraising.
Monthly Allowance
We offer a monthly stipend of $175 and a $3,000 completion stipend at the end of the year as a thank you for your service.
Housing, Food, & Health Coverage
Our missionaries are supported with housing, meals provided by generous donors, and if needed, health coverage.
Internship & Advancement Opportunities
In addition to serving as a missionary, you’ll have the chance to build valuable experience for future careers through various internships. Returning missionaries can also continue their journey with SPIRITUS, stepping into servant leadership roles for further growth and impact. 100% of our alumni have had success in finding ministry jobs after internships.
Discernment
In addition to our foundations of prayer, formation, and community, SPIRITUS offers a supportive environment for discerning your vocation — following their time with SPIRITUS, 24% of alumni have said YES to the call of further discerning the priesthood, religious orders, or consecrated life.

Serve as an intern with a local parish, focusing on developing and revitalizing youth ministry programs while gaining valuable skills for a future in professional ministry.
Youth Ministry Internship
Produce videos, reels, and posts while learning effective live-streaming technology setups to expand your portfolio and build skills for future career opportunities.
Social Media Internship
Intern with local parishes, schools, and apostolates, leading weekly discipleship groups to guide teens in building a relationship with Jesus while gaining valuable ministry skills and professional connections for future career opportunities.
Discipleship Intership
Expand leadership skills by training the new missionaries and leading the community through Christlike service. SPIRITUS servant leaders are second- or third-year missionaries who are chosen to lead the mission. Servant leaders enjoy similar benefits with increased compensation.
